In this project, I explored three distinct cover designs for Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, each showcasing a unique stylistic approach while maintaining a unified back cover and spine. Each cover variation utilizes motifs and symbolism to encapsulate the essence of Carroll’s work while offering three distinct visual interpretations.
Typography-Based Cover: This design captures the whimsical language and surreal tone of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, using expressive typography to play with shape and space. The type is arranged to form a silhouette reminiscent of the familiar figure of Alice, subtly nodding to the iconic imagery from Disney's adaptation while preserving a unique, stylized interpretation.
Pattern-Based Cover: Drawing inspiration from the White Rabbit—a central motif in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland—this cover uses intricate, repeating patterns to evoke the surreal, layered world Alice encounters. The design captures the story’s disorienting and chaotic nature, immersing viewers in the sense of whimsy and wonder that defines Wonderland.

Photography-Based Cover: Featuring original symbolic photography, using dreamlike floral elements with a soft, sparkling quality to capture the enchanting beauty of Wonderland. The imagery evokes a sense of surrealism, inviting viewers into Alice’s world and conveying the whimsical, otherworldly charm that defines her journey through a visual narrative.
