This handout was designed with children’s programming at the Toronto Zoo in mind. The concept is for workshops about wildlife native to Ontario. These workshops could be booked by schools for field trips and parents could purchase tickets to attend the workshops with their kids.
Each participant will be given a kit. A variety of animals could be featured as the concept could be adapted. The zoo could run region specific sessions throughout their operation season featuring different animals. This could incentive people to book multiple workshops if their kids enjoy them and get a keepsake as a bonus.
The folded card’s finished size would be 5.5” x 8.5” and contain two, 5.25” x 8.25” postcards with all the perforated pieces.
All these components can be imposed on an 11” x 17” sheet as they do not bleed. The contents of these cards would be securely contained inside the card by the outer A9 envelope.
